Optylitix ("Optylitix", "I", "me", or "my") is operated by Ibrahim, an individual based in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect through this website and related communications, how I use it, and the choices you have. By using this website or booking a call, you agree to this policy.

Information you provide directly. When you book a call or contact me, I collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any notes or message you include.

Communications. If you call, text, email, or message me, I keep a record of that correspondence and its contents.

Automatically collected information. The website and its platform provider automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring pages. Cookies and similar technologies are used by the website platform for basic functionality and analytics.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm, remind you about, and conduct a discovery call
• To follow up with you about your inquiry if we do not connect on the first attempt
• To provide, set up, and support services if you become a client
• To send SMS text messages related to your appointment and inquiry, where you have consented (see "SMS messaging" below)
• To operate, maintain, and improve the website
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

I do not sell your personal information. I do not use your information for advertising to you by third parties.

If you provide your phone number and consent when booking a call, I may send you SMS text messages about your appointment and inquiry, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to work with Optylitix by phone or email. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

I use third-party service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. These currently include:

• HighLevel / LeadConnector — website hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, and phone/SMS/email communications
• Google — calendar scheduling and synchronization
• Telecommunications carriers and messaging providers — for delivering calls, texts, and emails

These providers process your information only to provide their services to me and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations. Some providers may process or store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

I may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

I keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact records and CRM entries are generally retained while there is a reasonable prospect of a business relationship, and afterward in accordance with normal record-keeping practices.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law, you can:

• Request access to the personal information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdraw consent to further contact (subject to legal or contractual restrictions)
• Ask me to delete your information, where there is no overriding legal or business reason to keep it
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and opt out of other communications by telling me

I take reasonable administrative and technical measures, and rely on the security practices of my service providers, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to individuals under 18. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

I may update this policy from time to time. The "effective date" above will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
