I've spent years working inside small businesses. Landscaping crews, restoration companies, service businesses of pretty much every kind. And no matter the industry, the same problem kept showing up: how they handled the moment a customer actually needed something. Not the marketing. Not the branding. Just what happened the second someone reached out. That's the part of a business with the most leverage, and it's usually the part getting the least attention.
About
Built by one person, on purpose.
Before this, I spent time running sales and writing copy for a few big players online, and along the way I helped bring in over $400,000 in sales while working on the conversion side of email and funnels. What I took away from that is simple: friction is what kills a sale. The businesses that actually win are the ones that make it easy for a customer to get a response. I'm just applying that same idea somewhere else now, to businesses that don't have a marketing team behind them, just a phone that keeps ringing while they're busy working.
This isn't some quick website build and move on kind of thing. I've worked with partners before who didn't really care about getting the details right, and that's a big part of why I build and run everything myself now. Once the basics are fixed, the plan is to keep going, better tracking, more automation, whatever actually helps the business grow. So if you're looking for something fast and disposable, this probably isn't for you. But if you want someone who sticks around and actually cares how it turns out, that's what you're getting here.
THE NEXT STEP
If this sounds like what you're after, let's talk.
Fifteen minutes, no pitch.
FOLLOW ALONG
I'm documenting the build in public.
If you want to see how I actually provide value here, not just hear about it, follow along on the series.
BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE
Fifteen minutes tells you if this fits.
No pitch on the call, just questions about how customers actually reach you right now, and an honest answer about whether this would help.
